Growing again…

 

Well, it’s official…. we will have an addition scheduled to arrive the first week of January. 

 

This one is coming the natural way…. Lucas still thinks babies come from planes and when we tried to explain it, he asked if there was a plane in mommy’s belly….

This is an old picture I ran across while looking for something on my hard drive.  I think we were waiting for Yedda during the Virginia Beach 1/2 Marathon… I can’t believe how much he’s changed and I really like this pic..

Lawn Camping

 

We had a busy weekend but one of the highlights for the kids was playing in the tent.  Both Lucas and Mi-ra spent a lot of time Sunday afternoon running in, out, and around the tent..... also a few pictures from last weekend playing in the sprinkler..

 

Trip to the Aquarium

 

We went to the Baltimore aquarium on Saturday with the Hern’s… the weather was beautiful with no rain for a change..

 

 

 

 

Note to self… need to get one of these kiddy back-packs before any trips to Disney….. they rented them at the aquarium… very cool.. much easier than the normal way of walking around with one of the kids on my shoulders..

Spring!

 

It has been awhile since we have updated.  Life has been hectic as we re-adapt to having two working parents.  Yedda started back to work full time a few weeks ago.  The 2nd week she was back, 3 of us came down with pink eye and/or ear infections (Mi-ra, Lucas, and Scott).  We're all healthy now (mostly) and seem to have adjusted for the most part. 

Mi-ra and Lucas continue to do well.   It seems we have a birthday party every weekend for one (or more) of the kids friends.  Yesterday we attended a 2-year birthday party for the triplets who live up the street.  Next weekend is Easter than we have 3 parties in the following 4 weeks.  The kids have a great time and they burn off lots of energy.  Makes for great naps and early bedtimes. 

We had been hoping to get DirectTV.. found out today when the tech went to install the dish that we have too many trees behind our house to get a good signal.... no DirectTV for us.. at least not now.... to add salt to the wound.... the Cable (and internet)  has been out all day... Thanks Comcast....

Started the lawnmower up yesterday just to make sure it still runs.  After 4 months in the shed, you never know.  Our grass has started to grow but doesn't need cut yet.. probably next weekend.  A few of our neighbors have already cuts their’s.. a few more days of warm weather and it will be back into the grass cutting routine for the year.
