Field trip to pumpkin patch….

Went with Mi-ra to her school’s pumpkin patch field trip at Larriland Farms…

Busy weekend…..

We had a busy (typical) weekend… Two soccer games, team pictures, a 5K, and a mommy and me karate class for the babies… all before noon on Saturday…. everyone (including the adults) took a long nap Saturday afternoon…

Sunday was a bit more laid back and we did a camp fire in the backyard where we cooked dinner and enjoyed the beautiful fall weather…

Mi-ra found a new pet…a dragon fly….. if it crawls, hops, or flies.. she has no fear.

At one point.. we had 8 kids running around the back yard.. only 4 were ours… we need to finish the playset addition..

Weekend Belt Tests

Both Mi-ra and Lucas had belt tests this weekend.  Lucas got his Dragon Blue Belt and Mi-ra got her Ninja Orange belt.

OBX - 2012

We did not get a ton of pictures from this years trip to OBX.  Quite frankly… with 4 kids running around, we didn't have much time (or hands) for the camera…

Fishing

After the county drained and refilled our community pond this year, we didn't know if there where any fish... Answered that question today...

Lucas caught a descent sized catfish... Mi-ra tried but ran out of patience after a few minutes.
