2011 Christmas Tree Expedition…

Following an annual tradition… we trekked into the wildreness to cut down the Walthour Family Christmas Tree…This is the 6th year we’ve made the trip to this tree farm (Pine Valley).

It wasn’t as cold as last year, however it’s always a challenge… this year we braved nose bleeds (Mi-ra), sick kids and parents (Jonah, Ezra, & Scott), and the challenge of finding the perfect tree.  As it happens, that perfect tree is always very far from the car and up-hill both ways.    We had some help along the way as well… (M, P & G).
